Do you issue refunds?

In short - we do not issue refunds. The reason we have to have this position is that the labels charge us from every user each month - so if we refund you after a renewal - we would still need to pay the labels.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription or extended trial before the renewal date.

You can do this by logging into your profile - and click 'View Details' to cancel your subscription.
